Hi! My name is Krista Giltner and I am a sophomore at Northwest High School. This is my first year in Publications and I’m so excited to try something new! I participate in all sorts of activities like GSA, theater, color guard, mock trial, UNA, show choir, IHSSA speech and NSDA speech. I’m a very active student and love learning new things. I have three cats and a dog who I love and cuddle very much. I love Bluey and Heartstopper. My favorite songs are by Lana Del Rey and Olivia Rodrigo. I think of songs to be like musical poetry so I love powerful lyrics. During my free time, I like to bake, read, watch movies and participate in activism activities. I love being an advocate and making my voice heard. I’m so excited to be in publications this year, and can’t wait to start writing!
